2. PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT
DEOLUMA offers apparel and other products that may be produced using print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
Most products are made specifically after an order is placed. Because products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is submitted for fulfillment.
Product availability, colors, sizes, materials, production locations, and fulfillment times may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, dimensions, and images accurately. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment variations, printing processes, materials, and manufacturing differences.
3. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other fulfillment issues.
If an order must be canceled after payment and cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information, including product, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information, before completing checkout.
4. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact DEOLUMA as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered production or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time before an order is placed.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DEOLUMA currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available after an order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional costs may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or customer selection of an incorrect size or color.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or if an eligible shipment is lost in transit, please contact DEOLUMA promptly with your order number and supporting information or photographs when applicable.
Eligible claims will be reviewed and may result in a replacement or refund.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the DEOLUMA name, branding, logos, original designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, written content, slogans, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to DEOLUMA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No DEOLUMA content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative products without prior written authorization from DEOLUMA or the applicable rights holder.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or its content to engage in unlawful activity; violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malicious software or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with website security; submit false or misleading information; or engage in fraudulent activity.
